Terms and conditions

DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Agreement" means the terms and conditions set out below, including any schedules or attachments;
• "Casino" means Playtime Casino Kelowna;
• "Customer" means you or anyone who uses our facilities for gaming;
• "GameSense" refers to BCLC's GameSense program which provides on-site advisors and information kiosks at many BC casinos.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the premises of Playtime Casino Kelowna, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our facilities.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Only individuals 19 years or older are permitted on casino premises in accordance with BC law.

IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

All customers must provide valid government issued identification when requested to verify their age and identity.

SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM

Customers can participate in a voluntary self-exclusion program that bars them from entering the casino for defined periods or permanently, as applicable. Time-outs may also be utilized at discretion of customer.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING FEATURES BCLC's

GameSense education program is available on-site and provides information to help customers set limits and understand risks associated with gaming. Customers can access various tools such as deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion in accordance with their needs.

PRACTICE OF GAMES

Customers shall familiarize themselves with the rules of games played at the casino prior to participation.

GAME FAIRNESS AND RANDOMNESS

Games are tested and certified for randomness under standards set by BCLC. The outcome of each game is entirely dependent on chance, and no one can predict or influence results in any manner whatsoever.

SECURITY

Casino premises shall be maintained secure at all times with surveillance and access control measures implemented as necessary to prevent unauthorized entry or tampering.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The casino shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a customer arising out of their participation in games, including but not limited to losses due to gaming errors, mistakes, omissions, or technical issues.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute concerning the rules and regulations governing game conduct or outcomes, such disputes shall be resolved through BCLC's regulatory framework as applicable under BC law.

CHANGE AND UPDATE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The casino reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for checking the current version of this agreement each time they use our facilities.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed in accordance with BC law, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be brought exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction within the province of British Columbia, Canada.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you (or anyone using our facilities) and us regarding use of Playtime Casino Kelowna premises for gaming.

AMENDMENT

The casino may revise these terms from time to time by posting revised or additional guidelines, which will be incorporated into this Agreement upon being made available on the website.

BY ENTERING THE PREMISES OF PLAYTIME CASINO KELOWNA AND PARTICIPATING IN GAMES OFFERED HEREIN, CUSTOMERS ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM AS THEY PERTAIN TO USE OF CASINO FACILITIES.
